Service Description

This group is a two-month-long group with a free for all atmosphere for members to engage in conversation that focuses on mental health symptoms, physical health, health eating habits, healthy relationships, growths, self-actualization, goals-oriented, developing a plan that emphasizes self-love and happiness. We will meet once a week, and we will plan to address different topics; get ready to learn, share and have fun. Space is limited. Book your session today.
