As we develop the freedom to find our inner peace, we need to focus on our physical health to better our daily lives. Plan include: One hour of life coaching sessions to working on our goals and developing skills to build strengths. One hour of free weights physical exercise in a group setting. A physical trainer will develop an exercise plan for each member. Working with a nutritionist to establish healthy eating habits. We will be prepping our meal in a group setting once a week. A minimum of three months commitments.
