What is your coaching Style & Process?
I use a compassionate and non-judgmental approach with all my clients. I help people feel better and move forward as they set goals to align their inner purpose with their outer journey. This work will help them create the life they desire. Most of my clients are people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a change in their lives and want support from a personal coach. Together we will identify the obstacles in your life that are keeping you from what you want to be and do. Then we will work together to design a plan of action to help you make the changes that will bring you to the fulfilling, satisfying life you crave. I will be the coaching voice that helps you stay present to your purpose and keeps you moving forward towards your goal. Moreover, Our life coaching program focuses on four elements: Developing healthy habits surrounding our purpose in life, developing a physical exercise plan, developing a healthy eating plan, and learning self-love through a series of photographs of yourself.
There is no one size fits all formula for your success. Most of the choices that we make in life are based on our belief system, values, and models of the world. It can be helpful to know why we make certain choices in life, but more importantly, how to improve those choices, thoughts, and emotions so that they empower you to live to your full potential. Once you learn the why and the how, you have the power to create a life of unlimited happiness, fulfillment, and success. Coaching isn’t just a service or something I do, it’s my passion.

Is Coaching the same as therapy?
No, coaching is not the same thing as therapy. Life coaches focus more on the future to develop recognition and skills that lead to self-improvement. We offer emotional support, and life skills to create recognition and confidence in our clients. Life coaches focus on creating a new life path to achieve goals with individuals that want certain results including increased happiness and well-being in their lives, whereas therapists often investigate emotional resolutions to past problems to move forward. Life coaches are not therapists (unless specified qualified to diagnose or treat any health-related problems) although if a situation arises they may suggest a referral. Therapists are also intended to help people overcome emotional or psychological disorders. We strongly advise you to seek professional advice from a licensed therapist if you have any concerns or doubts about your mental/emotional wellbeing.
